Treanavon Holiday Property

Booking Terms & Conditions:

  • Advance bookings must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £50 per week, with the balance of the rental payable in full not less than one calendar month before the arrival date.
  • Payment to be made by cheque payable to A F. and M. May.
  • Non-payment of the balance by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, the deposit will not be returned.
  • If a reservation is made less than one month before the start of the booking, the full amount of the rental will be payable at the time of booking.
  • Booking forms must be returned within 10 days of receipt, if not the dates will be offered to another customer.
  • Acknowledgement of a confirmed booking and deposit will be sent within 10 days, to allow for cheque clearance.
  • Acknowledgement of final payment will be sent within 10 days, to allow for cheque clearance.
  • The property booking shall be in the name of one person (who must be over 18 years of age) who shall be responsible for the actions of all members of their party.
  • As the property has a balcony and is near water the named person will be responsible for the safety of all members of the party.
  • Please be considerate to the neighbours and ensure the noise level is acceptable especially after 11p.m.
  • The names of all members of the party must be on the booking form. More than the agreed number of persons must not occupy Treanavon.
  • The property may only be occupied for the purpose of a holiday and under no circumstances can the period booked be extended without permission in writing.
  • If for any reason (e.g. fire, flood, severe damage) the property owners need to cancel a confirmed booking the liability is limited to the return of any payments received.
  • Bookings are always from Saturday to Saturday (with the possible exception of Easter and Christmas/ New Year). Some flexibility may be possible out of season (Nov to Feb)
  • All reservations commence at 2.30pm on the arrival date. A door key will be sent to you at least five days prior to the commencement of your holiday.
  • Guests must vacate the property by 10.30am on the day of departure. The holidaymaker will be liable for the cost of any damage to the building or its contents during his/her stay.
  • Duvets, pillows, towels (not beach towels) and bed linen are provided.
  • There is no telephone in the property.
  • Please do not smoke in the property.
  • Pets are not allowed in the property.
